Ingredients
2 large apples, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp flour
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp vanilla
squeeze of lemon
½ c brown sugar
¾ c oats
½ c flour
¼ c cold butter, cubed
¼ tsp salt
caramel sauce (optional)
vanilla ice cream (optional)

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Add apples, sugar, cornstarch, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and lemon to a bowl and gently mix until combined. Set aside.

Step 3
Add brown sugar, oats, flour, cold butter, and salt to a bowl. Use your hands to mix ingredients until you have pea-sized crumbles.

Divide apple mixture between the two skillets. Top evenly with oat crumble mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crumble topping is browned and bubbling on the sides. Top with ice-cream and caramel sauce. Wnjoy!
