Ingredients

Muffins

2 c flour

1 c granulated sugar

2 tsp baking powder

½ c butter, melted

2 eggs

½ c milk

½ tsp vanilla

3 c fresh blueberries

Streusel Topping

½ c flour

¼ c brown sugar

¼ c granulated sugar

¼ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp cinnamon

4 tbsp butter, cold

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, sift flour, sugar, and baking powder together. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large bowl, whisk eggs until smooth. Add butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until combined. Add in flour mixture and gently mix until combined (be careful not to over mix). Fold in washed blueberries.

½ c milk

½ tsp vanilla

3 c fresh blueberries

Step 4

Scoop batter into lined muffin tins and top with streusel topping.

Step 5

Bake for about 20 minutes or until centers bounce back when lightly pressed.

Streusel Topping

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, sugars, nutmeg, and cinnamon together.

½ c flour

¼ c brown sugar

¼ c granulated sugar

¼ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp cinnamon

Step 2

Add in the cold butter.

4 tbsp butter, cold

Step 3

Using clean hands, gently squeeze the butter and dry ingredients together until combined and crumbly.
