Ingredients
fettuccine pasta
½ stick butter
2 tbsp roasted garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup parmesan, shredded
½ cup pecorino romano, shredded
2 cup broccoli, chopped

Directions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and season with salt
Step 2
Add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes
2 cup broccoli, chopped

Strain and place broccoli in an ice bath

Add butter to a pan on medium heat and add garlic

Add flour and whisk for 2 minutes

Add in milk and heavy cream and bring to a simmer

Once sauce is slightly thickened, add in cheese
½ cup pecorino romano, shredded
¾ cup parmesan, shredded

Add salt and pepper to taste

Will sauce is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook fettuccini until al dente

Add 1/4 cup of pasta water to sauce

Then add fettuccini and broccoli and carefully mixed until covered in sauce

Garnish with pepper and parmesan.
