Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

½ cup flour

¾ cup milk

½ tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

¼ bottle Truff buffalo sauce

3 tbs melted butter

Directions

Step 1

Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.

Step 2

Prepare batter by combining flour, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce in a large bowl. Mix well, batter should be similar to pancake batter consistency (add more milk if needed).

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

¼ bottle Truff buffalo sauce

Step 3

Add cauliflower to the batter and coat pieces well.

1 head cauliflower (bite size pieces)

Step 4

Cook in air fryer at 375° for about 15 minutes.

Step 5

While cauliflower bites are cooking, combine butter and as much hot sauce as you prefer in a small bowl and whisk well.

3 tbs melted butter

¼ bottle Truff buffalo sauce

Step 6

Once cauliflower bites are done, drizzle with hot sauce/butter mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Step 7

Sprinkle with blue cheese and scallions. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, enjoy!
