Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
¾ c cheddar, shredded
¾ c mozzarella, shredded
⅓ c hot sauce
¼ c ranch
3 tbsp scallions, chopped
3 large flour tortillas
Directions
Step 1
Add chicken, 1/2 c cheddar, 1/2 c mozzarella, hot sauce, ranch, and scallions to a bowl and mix until combined.

Step 2
Lightly grease a large pan with a neutral oil. Place it on the stove and turn heat to medium.
Step 3
Spread 1/3 of the buffalo chicken mixture on a tortilla.

Once the pan is hot, add the tortilla. Sprinkle with extra cheddar and mozzarella. Cover with a lid.

Cook until the cheese has melted (approximately 2 minutes).
Step 6
Fold the tortilla in half. Cook until the bottom side is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side the same way.
Step 7
Cut into triangles, serve with ranch, and enjoy!
