Ingredients
1 cup couscous
¼ cup carrot, chopped
3 cubes chicken bouillon
2 ¼ cup water
1 bunch dill
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tbs butter

Directions
Step 1
Fill a small pot with water and add salt. Bring to a boil and add dill. Cook for 15 seconds.

Strain dill and squeeze out extra moisture with a paper towel.
Step 3
Add oil and cooked dill to a blender. Blend until oil turns green. Strain with a cheese cloth or fine strainer. Set aside.

In a pot, bring water to a boil.

Add couscous, carrots, and chicken bouillon.

Cover and lower heat. Cook for 8 minutes.
Step 8
Once cooked, take off heat and add butter. Stir until butter melts.

Drizzle with dill oil and garnish with fresh dill.
