Ingredients
2 slices of bacon
1 tbsp bacon grease
3 tbsp butter
¼ c flour
1 c heavy cream
½ block of boursin
8 oz white cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
32 oz green beans
French's fried onions

Directions
Step 1
Cook bacon until crispy. Remove form pan and chop into small pieces once cooled. Save 1 tbsp of bacon grease.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add in green beans. Blanch for 5 minutes, drain, and dump into an ice bath. Strain again and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 4
Melt bacon grease and butter in a large pot on medium heat. Once melted, whisk in flour. Cook until flour smell disappears (about 1 minute). Whisk in heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened. Turn heat to low and add in boursin, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, spices, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce.

Turn off heat and add in green beans, bacon, and 1/2 c of fried onions.

Pour green bean mixture into a greased baking dish and top with at least 1 c of fried onions. Bake for 45 minutes or until casserole is heated all the way through and bubbling. Enjoy!
