Ingredients
3 eggs
½ c milk (room temperature)
½ tsp vanilla
½ c flour
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
4 tbsp butter
confectioners sugar
berries

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Place cast iron pan in the oven to heat up.
Step 3
Add eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, salt, and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 4
Using an oven mit, take the cast iron skillet out of the oven. Add the butter to the hot skillet. Swirl the butter around the skillet to coat the bottom and sides.

Step 5
Pour in the batter while the skillet is still hot. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish with confectioners sugar and berries. Enjoy!
