Ingredients
3 zucchini, sliced
2 cup flour
4 eggs
2 cup panko
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
48 oz canola oil

Step 1
Add flour and spices to a large bowl and combine. In a separate bowl add egg and whisk. In another separate bowl, add panko.

One by one, dunk the zucchini in the flour, egg, then panko and set aside.

Add oil to a deep pan for frying and heat to 350 degrees. Add in zucchini and fry until golden brown. Set fried zucchini on a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve with ranch.
