Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ c sour cream
¾ c ricotta
2 tsp garlic, minced
15 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 c mozzarella, shredded
¾ c gruyere, shredded
½ c fresh pecorino romano, grated
⅛ tsp paprika
¼ tsp mustard powder
¼ tsp cayenne
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh baguette, sliced
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta, garlic, spinach, pecorino romano, 1/2 c mozzarella, and spices in a large bowl.

Step 3
Spread the spinach dip in a greased skillet. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and cheese is slightly browned.
