Ingredients
2 ½ c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c butter, softened
1 ¼ c granulated sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
½ c white chocolate chunks
½ c frosted animal crackers, chopped
½ c macadamia nuts, chopped
¼ c sprinkles
Directions
Step 1
Add flour, baking soda, and salt to a medium sized bowl and whisk until combined. Set aside.

Add sugar, butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla to a stand mixer mix until combined.

Slowly add in flour mixture until dough forms.

Fold in white chocolate, animal crackers, macadamia nuts, and sprinkles.

Scoop dough and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet and set in the refriderator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 7
Bake cookies for 9-12 minutes.
