1 french bread
1 tbsp butter

Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, poppyseeds, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice

Slice bread into one inch pieces

Melt butter in a pan on medium heat
1 tbsp butter
Step 4
Dip slices of bread in egg mixture and add to pan

Cook until browned on each side
Step 6
Plate and top with butter, powdered sugar, and maple syrup
Step 7
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh fruit
