Ingredients
1 lb italian sausage
2 cup gold potatoes, diced
½ onion, diced
½ cup carrots, diced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
½ cup corn
2 cup spinach, rough chopped
2 ½ cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
Step 1
Cook sausage in a large pot on medium heat until cooked through

Add in onions, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper

Cook until fragrant
Step 4
Next add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds

Add in broth, corn, and Italian seasoning
½ cup corn
2 ½ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Step 6
Bring to a simmer, reduce heat, and add in heavy cream
½ cup heavy cream
Step 7
Cook for 3 minutes and add in spinach
2 cup spinach, rough chopped
Step 8
Add extra seasoning as needed
