Ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls

4 c flour

¼ oz instant yeast (1 packet)

2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

½ tsp salt

½ tsp nutmeg

¼ c granulated sugar

1 tbsp dark brown sugar

4 tbsp salted butter, room temperature

1 egg

½ c pumpkin puree

⅔ c whole milk

Sugar Filling

3 tbsp salted butter

1 c dark brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

¼ c heavy cream

Frosting

4 c powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese

6 tbsp salted butter

¼ c pumpkin puree

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin spice

Directions

Cinnamon Rolls

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Set aside.

4 c flour

¼ oz instant yeast (1 packet)

2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

½ tsp salt

½ tsp nutmeg

Step 2

Cream butter and sugars together with a stand mixer or a large bowl.

¼ c granulated sugar

1 tbsp dark brown sugar

4 tbsp salted butter, room temperature

Step 3

Add in the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix until combined.

1 egg

½ c pumpkin puree

⅔ c whole milk

Step 4

Slowly add dry ingredient mixture to bowl. Mix until a ball forms.

Step 5

Knead for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Transfer to a large greased bowl, lightly grease the top of dough, and cover with plastic wrap and a warm towel.

Step 7

Let sit for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

Step 8

Roll the dough out into a rectangle on a floured surface.

Step 9

Sugar Filling

Step 1

Mix brown sugar and spices together in a small bowl.

1 c dark brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Step 2

Spread butter over the dough evenly.

3 tbsp salted butter

Step 3

Sprinkle sugar mixture over butter and rub in to coat the dough evenly.

Step 4

Tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut into 12 even rolls.

Step 5

Place rolls in a greased 9x13 pan and cover with plastic wrap and a warm towel.

Step 6

Let sit for 1 hour.

Step 7

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 8

Pour heavy cream evenly over the rolls.

Step 9

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Step 10

Frost and serve warm. Enjoy!

Frosting

Step 1

Whip cream cheese, butter, sugar, and spices in a stand mixer until fluffy.

8 oz cream cheese

6 tbsp salted butter

4 c powdered sugar

¼ c pumpkin puree

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin spice
