Ingredients
2 blocks of brie
¾ c pumpkin puree
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ stick of butter
fresh sage
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a pan and mix on medium heat. Continue to mix until pumpkin puree thickens slightly. This should take about 5 minutes. Take off the heat and let cool.

Melt butter in a small pan on medium heat. Once butter is hot, add a few sprigs of fresh sage. Fry the sage until fragrant and crispy. This should take 1-2 minutes. Place sage on a paper towel to absorb excess butter. Brown the remaining butter in the pan and set aside.

Step 4
Score blocks of brie cheese. Distribute and spread pumpkin mixture on top of brie evenly. Then lightly drizzle with sage infused brown butter and maple syrup. Sprinkle the top with pumpkin seeds and fried sage.

Bake for 15 minutes or until brie is split open and melty.
