Truffle Potato and Goat Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

1 pizza dough

¼ cup TRUFF mayonnaise

2 tbs garlic

2 tbs butter

1 tbs olive oil

1 yellow potato

½ slice white onion

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

¼ cup goat cheese

¼ cup parmesan cheese

2 tbs fresh thyme

½ tsp red pepper flakes

2 tbs honey

1 tbs TRUFF black truffle infused oil

1 baking sheet

1 nonstick pan

Directions

Step 1

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a small frying pan on medium heat and add garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30-60 seconds.

Step 2

In a separate small frying pan, melt 1 tbsp butter on medium heat and add onions. Cook until caramelized.

Step 3

Add garlic to a bowl with TRUFF mayonnaise and mix.

¼ cup TRUFF mayonnaise

Step 4

Roll out dough and place on a baking sheet.

Step 5

Spread garlic mayonnaise evenly on the dough and add 2-3 layers of potatoes on top. Brush with olive oil and bake at 400 degrees or 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6

Immediately sprinkle with salt and pepper, onions, goat cheese, parmesan, thyme, red pepper flakes and drizzle with honey and truffle oil.

Slice and serve warm.
