Ingredients
5 ½ oz Treasure Cave Gorgonzola cheese wedge
⅓ c whipped cream cheese
¼ c heavy cream
1 baguette, sliced
olive oil
fresh figs, sliced
honey
fresh thyme
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1
Add Treasure Cave Gorgonzola cheese and cream cheese to a food processor. Blend until creamy. Add in the heavy cream and blend until light and fluffy. Cover and set in the refrigerator.

Step 2
Place baguette slices on a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Broil for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Spoon whipped gorgonzola cheese onto each crostini. Top with figs and garnish with honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
