Whipped Ricotta and Fig Crostinis

Ingredients

16 oz whole milk ricotta

¼ c heavy cream

1 tbsp honey, plus extra for garnish

pinch of black pepper

1 baguette, sliced

olive oil

dried or fresh figs, sliced

⅓ c pistachios, roughly chopped

fresh thyme

flaky sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Turn broiler on high. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil on each side. Broil for about 3 minutes per side or until the bread is brown and toasted. Removed from oven and set aside.

Step 2

Add ricotta, heavy cream, honey, and black pepper to the food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

16 oz whole milk ricotta

¼ c heavy cream

1 tbsp honey, plus extra for garnish

pinch of black pepper

Step 3

Scoop whipped ricotta into a piping bag and pipe onto each crostini. Garnish with figs, honey, pistachio, thyme, and flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
